Terms of Use

Version 2026-10-01.beta-1 · In effect for the controlled beta from 1 October 2026. Owner-approved for the controlled beta; not attorney-reviewed.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the ABATODA website, workspace, reports, API and MCP server (together, the "Service"), operated by Asher Amar (עמר אשר), an Israeli licensed sole proprietor (עוסק מורשה), business/tax no. 040461501, operating the ABATODA service within the Project 360 (פרויקטים 360) business, 8 Kfar Tavor St., Netanya, Israel (כפר תבור 8, נתניה, ישראל) ("ABATODA", "we").

By creating an account, accepting these Terms, or using the API or MCP server, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

2. What ABATODA is — and is not

ABATODA is a technology research and decision-support service. It organises information about third-party technology providers (capabilities, pricing, restrictions, integration routes and evidence) and produces structured shortlists, architecture options and cost estimates.

ABATODA does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, security, compliance, procurement or other regulated professional advice. It is not an app directory, marketplace, review site, automation platform or execution runtime, and it does not act on your behalf with any provider.

You remain solely responsible for independently verifying information and for your final technology, vendor and contractual decisions.

3. Evidence states and the limits of our information

Each fact carries an evidence status. SUPPORTED means drawn from an official or vendor source but not independently measured by ABATODA. VERIFIED applies only to narrow facts ABATODA measured itself (for example, that a public endpoint responded). UNVERIFIED, INFERRED, CONFLICTING and STALE mean what they say. UNKNOWN means we do not have reliable information — it is not a negative finding.

Compatibility marked DOCUMENTED means a provider's documentation describes the pairing. It is not the same as TESTED, which requires an ABATODA test run.

Third-party prices, capabilities, terms, regions and availability change without notice to us. Cost estimates are illustrative calculations from listed prices and stated assumptions. They are not quotes, invoices or guarantees of future cost.

We do not guarantee that the Service is complete, accurate, current, available, or suitable for any particular purpose.

4. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your sign-in credentials confidential. Do not share accounts or API keys. You are responsible for activity under your account and keys, and must tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised use.

Organization roles (owner, admin, member, viewer) control what each person can do. Only owners and admins may create API keys and invite others.

5. Acceptable use (including API and MCP)

You must not: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes or to facilitate illegal activity; (b) attempt to bypass authentication, roles, rate limits, tenant isolation or other access controls; (c) probe, scan or attack the Service or its infrastructure, or introduce malware; (d) scrape, bulk-download or mirror the Service at a scale that harms it or substitutes for it, other than through the documented API within your limits; (e) resell or redistribute API or MCP output as a competing dataset without written permission; (f) reverse engineer non-public parts of the Service, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits this despite this restriction; (g) share credentials or API keys outside your organization; (h) misrepresent ABATODA output as professional advice or as independently verified when it is not.

API and MCP access is for integrating ABATODA decision data into your own tools and agents. Automated clients must identify themselves with a key where required, respect published limits, and handle UNKNOWN and non-VERIFIED statuses honestly.

Do not use the Service as the sole basis for safety-critical, high-risk or legally significant automated decisions (for example medical, credit, employment, or critical-infrastructure decisions) without meaningful independent human review.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of requirement text, notes, feedback and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant ABATODA a limited licence to host, process and display Your Content to operate the Service for you and your organization.

You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the right to submit it. Please do not submit confidential, personal or sensitive information that is not needed to describe a technology requirement.

7. Our intellectual property

Subject to third-party rights, ABATODA owns the software, data structures, evidence model, compiled catalog, scoring logic, documentation and site content. Third-party names, trademarks and quoted source excerpts belong to their owners and are shown for identification and reference.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

8. Feedback

If you send suggestions or feedback, we may use them to improve ABATODA without obligation to compensate you. Personal data in feedback is handled under the Privacy Notice.

9. Sponsorship and neutrality

Sponsorship, referral or commercial relationships never alter organic ordering or scores. Any such relationship shown in the Service is disclosed.

10. Suspension and termination

Subject to mandatory law, we may suspend or terminate access, or remove content, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, to protect the Service or others, or where required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

On termination your right to use the Service ends; shared links you created may be revoked; and we will handle your data as described in the Privacy Notice. Sections 2, 3, 6–8 and 11–15 survive termination.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and only to the extent such exclusions are enforceable, ABATODA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business interruption, arising from or related to the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ABATODA's total aggregate liability arising from or related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you actually paid ABATODA in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) NIS 1,000. For free beta use, this means a contractual cap of NIS 1,000, subject to mandatory law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing waives any non-waivable statutory right you have, including as a consumer.

13. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you will indemnify ABATODA against third-party claims and resulting reasonable costs to the extent they arise from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service, including unlawful Your Content.

14. Changes to these Terms

Each version is dated and versioned. We will notify account holders of material changes, and continued access to protected features will require you to accept the new version. Non-material changes take effect when published.

15. Governing law, venue and general

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Subject to any mandatory jurisdiction rules and to consumer and other non-waivable rights, disputes will be heard by the competent courts in Israel, with the Central District as the intended venue.

If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest remains in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent.
